This probiotic really helps. I first got introduced to it by my chiropractor. It was the only medicine that helped me with my IBS. However his prices are very high. I was glad that I was able to find it cheaper on Amazon. It still cost a little more than I would like to spend, but it's worth it.

This brand was recommended by my functional doctor to help get me straightened out from SIBO.think it's doing great! Will continue with this brand. I do add Akkermansia and Lactobacillus Gasseri from another brand, which are not included in this blend.
